Dough Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour must be self-rising; for best texture
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt can be substituted with regular yogurt

Optional Toppings

  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds for a classic bagel topping
  • 1 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning for an extra flavor boost

Instructions
 

Dough Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.

Bagel Shaping

  • Divide the dough into equal portions, roll into a rope, and form into a bagel shape.

Baking

  • Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes.

Notes

These 2 Ingredient Bagels can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container. They also freeze well for up to 3 months. To reheat, simply bake at 350°F until warm.
