Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package 6 oz pepperoni slices

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Lay out pepperoni slices in a single layer, spacing slightly apart.
  • Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella over each slice.
  • Optionally, add a pinch of Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes to crisp up.
  • Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease.
