Ingredients
  

Dairy

  • 2 cups whole milk cottage cheese

Spices and Herbs

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Citrus

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

Aromatics

  • 2 cloves garlic smashed

Oils

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish

Blend Ingredients

  • Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor.
    2 cups whole milk cottage cheese
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve

  • Garnish and serve with crackers and fresh veggies.
    1 teaspoon onion powder

Notes

This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. It can also be frozen for up to 2 months; just blend again after thawing for creaminess.
