Peel, seed, and cut butternut squash into 1-inch cubes.
In a bowl, toss cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cinnamon, thyme, onion powder, and maple syrup if using.

Place cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry Air Fryer Butternut Squash for 15–18 minutes, shaking basket halfway.
Check for golden, tender cubes; cook 2 more minutes if needed.
Garnish with parsley or Parmesan, then serve hot.
