Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb green cabbage cut into 4 wedges
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil for brushing
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain dijon mustard for flavor
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar for acidity
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder adds aroma
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika for smokiness
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Instructions

Preparation

  • Use a sharp knife to cut the cabbage into 4 (1-inch) wedges and spread them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Mixing

  • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Brushing

  • Brush the seasoning mix evenly onto both sides of the cabbage wedges.

Cooking

  • Air fry at 375°F until crisp on the edges and tender in the middle, about 8 to 10 minutes.

Notes

The wedges are best served hot. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer to restore crispiness. Feel free to add other seasonings to suit your taste.
