Avocado Spread

  • 0.5 medium ripe avocado pitted, scooped and mashed
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper

Avocado Spread

  • Scoop the avocado into a small bowl and mash with salt until mostly smooth.
  • Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the warm toast.
