Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef. Stir to coat evenly.
  • In a saucepan, melt cream cheese over low heat. Add sour cream and milk; stir until smooth.
  • Gradually add shredded cheddar and mozzarella. Stir constantly until fully melted and combined.
  • Fold in the seasoned beef and crumbled bacon. Stir to combine thoroughly.
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, or keep warm in a slow cooker for parties.
