  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a baking dish with olive oil.
  • Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and thyme. Arrange them in the baking dish.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender, about 5 minutes. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  • Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until chicken is golden and cooked through.

Notes
