Main Ingredients
- 2 pounds salmon fillet
- to taste Kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large lemons juice and slices
- to taste chopped parsley for garnish
Preparation
Position one oven rack in the center and one about 6 inches from the broiler. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Line a sheet pan longways with foil, brushing it with olive oil.
Make the Sauce
In a bowl, zest one lemon, then juice both. Combine with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, and black pepper.

Preparation of Salmon
Pat salmon dry, season with salt, place on foil, and pour sauce over it.
2 pounds salmon fillet, to taste Kosher salt
Wrap salmon in foil, baking for 15-20 minutes until almost cooked through.
Open foil and broil for about 3 minutes until slightly browned.
When baking, ensure there’s enough air space in the foil for even cooking. Watch carefully while broiling to avoid burning.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge. This dish gets even tastier the next day!
