  • 1 pound flank steak sliced thinly against the grain
  • 4 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy sauce low-sodium recommended
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil for flavor and sheen
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Preparation

  • Combine the sliced flank steak with soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
    1 pound flank steak, 4 cups broccoli florets

Cooking

  • Heat a large pan over high heat. Stir-fry marinated beef for about 3 minutes until browned. Next, add broccoli florets and continue to stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Serve hot over rice or noodles.
