Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place butter in a 9x13 baking pan and melt in the oven.
  • In a bowl, mix blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and cinnamon. Pour over melted butter.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Drizzle the batter over the blueberries.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and cooked through.
  • Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Tip: For an extra crispy topping, sprinkle sugar on the batter before baking.
