  • 0.25 cup finely grated parmesan cheese optional if wanting dairy-free
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 0.25 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • to taste salt
  • to taste cracked black pepper
  • as needed fresh parsley optional garnish

Instructions
 

Dipping Oil Preparation

  • In a small bowl, combine the ¼ cup finely grated parmesan cheese, 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes, salt, and cracked black pepper.

  • Add ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil and 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar. Stir well to mix the ingredients.

  • Let the mixture sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
