- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken about 2 chicken breasts
- ½ cup Frank’s Original Red Hot Sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1½ cups yellow cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped (divided)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Add the shredded chicken and Frank’s Red Hot Sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Reduce heat to low, then stir in cream cheese and sour cream until well mixed.
Add the yellow cheddar, half of the green onions, and the fresh herbs. Stir until combined.
Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with blue cheese and the remaining green onions.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until bubbling and golden.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving with chips or fresh veggies.
