  • 4 cups broccoli florets fresh

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Cooking Steps

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the diced chicken. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

  • Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add broccoli florets and a little water. Cover to steam for 3 minutes until crisp-tender.
  • Stir in soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.

Notes

Cook the chicken in batches for a better sear. Don’t overcook the broccoli; it should remain crunchy. This stir fry stores well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
