Ingredients
  

  • 200 g dark chocolate at least 70% cocoa for rich flavor
  • 3 large egg whites room temperature for better whipping
  • 3 large egg yolks room temperature
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped to soft peaks

Instructions
 

  • Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  • In a clean bowl, whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold melted chocolate into the egg yolks, then gently mix in the whipped egg whites.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until fully combined.
  • Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
Make sure to chill the mousse for at least 2 hours for the best texture.
