Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the eggs into two bowls—one for the whites and one for the yolks.
Mix the cottage cheese and egg yolks in a large bowl. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, melted butter, almond flour, and baking powder. Stir until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate them.
Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in 6-8 mounds.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
