Base Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk plus more as needed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup

Oat Mixture

  • 1 cup gluten-free old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup fresh berries for topping
  • 0.25 cup sliced almonds for topping

Instructions
 

Mixing Base

  • Add cottage cheese, almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to a blender. Blend until smooth.
