- 2 large flour tortillas 8-inch
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey optional
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder optional
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts optional
In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crumbled feta, chopped cranberries, parsley, honey (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Lay the tortillas flat on a surface and evenly spread the filling on each.
Roll each tortilla tightly from one edge, pressing gently to seal.
Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Slice into 1/2-inch thick rounds and arrange on a platter.
Garnish with extra parsley or cranberries, if desired. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
For a crunchier texture, add chopped walnuts to the filling. You can also use fresh cranberries for a more tart flavor in your cranberry feta pinwheels.
