Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flour tortillas 8-inch
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder optional
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crumbled feta, chopped cranberries, parsley, honey (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Lay the tortillas flat on a surface and evenly spread the filling on each.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly from one edge, pressing gently to seal.
  • Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Slice into 1/2-inch thick rounds and arrange on a platter.
  • Garnish with extra parsley or cranberries, if desired. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For a crunchier texture, add chopped walnuts to the filling. You can also use fresh cranberries for a more tart flavor in your cranberry feta pinwheels.
