Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lbs)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 cups chicken broth low-sodium
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil optional, for searing
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme optional
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • (Optional) Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side.
  • Place chicken in the crockpot.
  • Whisk broth, cream of chicken soup, and thyme; pour over chicken.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  • Mix cornstarch and water; stir into crockpot 30 minutes before done.
  • Shred chicken or keep whole—your choice!
  • Garnish this crockpot chicken and gravy with parsley and serve hot.
