Ingredients
  

Chicken Base:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Sauce and Pasta:

  • 10 oz spaghetti broken in half
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken, onion, bell pepper, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in the crockpot. Add broth.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours until chicken is tender.
  • Shred chicken with two forks and return to the pot.
  • Stir in soup, tomatoes, cream cheese, and paprika.
  • Add spaghetti, ensuring it’s covered. Cook on high for 30 minutes.
  • Mix in cheddar until melted and creamy.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve your crockpot chicken spaghetti hot.
