  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened (2 sticks)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ cup fresh raspberries semi-crushed
  • Non-stick baking spray for pan

Instructions

  • Press 1¾ cups of mixture into the pan. Bake 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
  • Meanwhile, melt condensed milk and dark chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour chocolate mixture over warm crust.
  • Sprinkle remaining crumbs over chocolate layer. Spoon raspberries on top and scatter mini chocolate chips.
  • Bake 20–30 minutes until set.
  • Cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes

For best results, chill bars before slicing to keep layers neat. For a twist, swap raspberries with cherries or blueberries. These Dark Chocolate Raspberry Pie Bars taste even better the next day!
