- 1 cup unsalted butter softened (2 sticks)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup packed light brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- ¾ cup fresh raspberries semi-crushed
- Non-stick baking spray for pan
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, beat butter until creamy. Mix in flour, brown sugar, and salt until crumbly.
Press 1¾ cups of mixture into the pan. Bake 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
Meanwhile, melt condensed milk and dark chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
Pour chocolate mixture over warm crust.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs over chocolate layer. Spoon raspberries on top and scatter mini chocolate chips.
Bake 20–30 minutes until set.
Cool completely before slicing into bars.
For best results, chill bars before slicing to keep layers neat. For a twist, swap raspberries with cherries or blueberries. These Dark Chocolate Raspberry Pie Bars taste even better the next day!
