- 1 refrigerated tube of pizza crust
- 6 tablespoons of pasta sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- Approximately 12 pepperoni slices
- Sprinkle of dried oregano optional
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil optional, for brushing
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface or parchment paper.
Cut into 6 even squares.
On half of each square, add 1 tablespoon of pasta sauce, mozzarella, and 2 pepperoni slices.
Fold over to form a triangle and seal edges with a fork.
Optionally brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and extra cheese.
Bake for 10–13 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Let cool slightly and serve with extra pasta sauce for dipping.
