Main Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pecans coarsely chopped
- 2 cups fresh peeled peaches finely diced
- 1/4 cup honey divided
- 1 tsp lemon juice fresh
- 3/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 2 cups oats old-fashioned rolled oats, gluten-free
- 2 cups milk almond, cashew, or soy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 5 oz container of yogurt plain or vanilla

Toast pecans in a large skillet over medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes. Set aside.

Add diced peaches to a saucepan with 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender.
