Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • cups boiling water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add milk and vanilla, whisking until smooth. Stir in the melted butter.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared dish.
  • Sprinkle chopped pecans over the batter. Top with brown sugar.
  • Carefully pour boiling water over the top (do not stir).
  • Bake for 45–55 minutes until the top is golden and set, with the filling bubbling.
  • Let cool for 15–20 minutes before serving. Enjoy your warm, gooey pecan pie cobbler!

Notes

  • For a vegan version, substitute butter with plant-based butter and use almond or oat milk.
