Ingredients
  

Dry Batter Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Wet Batter Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Filling & Frying

  • 8 large marshmallows halved
  • 8 small milk chocolate squares
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, graham crumbs, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat the milk, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.
  • Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
  • Sandwich each chocolate square between two marshmallow halves.
  • Heat oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
  • Dip each marshmallow sandwich into the batter, coating evenly.
  • Carefully drop into hot oil and fry 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
  • Drain on paper towels, dust with powdered sugar, and serve your Fried S’mores Bombs warm.

Notes

To keep your Fried S’mores Bombs from leaking, make sure the batter fully coats each piece. For a twist, add a dab of peanut butter inside the marshmallow!
