Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and parsley until smooth.
  • Spread the garlic butter on one side of each bread slice, reaching the edges.
  • Place two slices butter-side down and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Top with remaining bread, butter-side up.
  • Heat a skillet over low heat and cook sandwiches 4–5 minutes.
  • Flip carefully and cook another 4–5 minutes until golden and melty.
  • Remove from pan and serve hot while the cheese is gooey.

Notes

Tip: Use low heat so the bread crisps while the cheese melts.
Variation: Add tomato slices or cooked bacon for a twist on classic garlic bread grilled cheese.
