Ingredients
  

Cracker Base:

  • 2 boxes (8.8 oz each) Ritz Bits crackers (original)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Seasoning Mix:

  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Optional Garnish:

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and Parmesan.
  • Place Ritz Bits in a large bowl. Pour melted butter and olive oil over, tossing to coat.
  • Sprinkle seasoning mix over crackers. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Spread crackers on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway.
  • Cool for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley, if using.
