  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup fresh herbs such as parsley or thyme

Preparation

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Notes

For best texture, use freshly riced cauliflower. You can also freeze leftovers for up to 2 months.
