- 1 lb whole carrots washed, peeled, sliced
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Cooking
Add the carrots and water to a large skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5-6 minutes or until the carrots start to soften.
Remove the lid and add butter, brown sugar, salt, and ground cinnamon. Stir until melted and cook for 7-8 minutes until glazed.
