Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears fresh corn, husks on
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika optional
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Soak unhusked corn in water for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high (375°F).
  • Grill corn for 15 mins, turning every 5 mins.
  • Peel husks, brush with butter, and season.
  • Garnish with herbs and lime. Serve hot!

Notes

Tip: Soaking prevents burning.
Variation: Try Mexican-style with mayo, cotija cheese, and chili powder!
