- 4 ears fresh corn, husks on
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika optional
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley
- Lime wedges for serving
Soak unhusked corn in water for 10 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high (375°F).
Grill corn for 15 mins, turning every 5 mins.
Peel husks, brush with butter, and season.
Garnish with herbs and lime. Serve hot!
