  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove grated
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce

Main Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 1 large zucchini about 3/4 lb
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 lb ground turkey

Sauce Instructions

  • Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, grated garlic, ginger, cornstarch, water, and chili garlic sauce in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.

Cooking Instructions

  • Dice the onion and slice the zucchini. Heat oil in a skillet, add the onion and zucchini, sauté for 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside. Cook the ground turkey in the same skillet until browned. Combine with veggies and sauce, simmer for 2 minutes.
