Wet Ingredients
- 0.333 cup coconut oil melted
- 0.25 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 0.5 cup oat flour
- 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil and maple syrup until smooth, about 30 seconds.

Add the egg and vanilla; whisk until the mixture is glossy and slightly thickened.
