Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 14 oz (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh key lime juice
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.
  • Whisk sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, egg yolks, and lime zest. Pour mixture into the cooled crust. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Let the pie cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  • Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Spread over the chilled pie.
  • Garnish with lime zest or slices before serving. Enjoy your homemade key lime pie!
