  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice
  • Zest of 2 limes
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped Cream:
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Graham Cracker Layer:
  • 10 oz graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Toppings:
  • 1 cup fresh whipped cream for topping
  • Lime slices & extra zest for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until fluffy and well combined.
  • Stir crushed graham crackers with melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.
  • In a trifle dish or cups, layer graham cracker mix and lime cream alternately.
  • Finish with a layer of lime cream on top.
  • Top with fresh whipped cream, lime slices, and extra zest.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours before serving your Key Lime Pie Trifle.

Notes
