Preparation and Marination

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, lemon juice, zest, and olive oil.
  • Place cod in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
