  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest fresh
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened

Baking Instructions

  • Chill dough for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Scoop dough into balls, roll in lemon sugar, and bake for 12–14 minutes.
