Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch kale stems removed, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the kale thoroughly; remove the tough stems and chop the leaves.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped kale with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • Massage the kale for about 2 minutes until it becomes tender and vibrant in color.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the salad and toss to combine.
