These Melted Mozzarella & Ranch Chicken Bombs are crispy outside, gooey inside, and packed with flavor. Perfect for easy dinners or appetizers, they’re beginner-friendly and crowd-pleasing!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 mozzarella cheese sticks or 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup plain or Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut chicken into 2–3 inch chunks. Toss with ranch mix, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Cut cheese sticks into small pieces (or use shredded). Let come to room temperature.
  • Stuff each chicken piece with mozzarella and wrap around to enclose.
  • Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan in a dish. Roll chicken bombs in the mixture to coat.
  • Brush each bomb with melted butter or olive oil.
  • Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Tip: Use room-temp mozzarella to ensure a gooey center.
