Ingredients
  

  • For the Crust:
  • 1 ½ cups crushed Oreo or graham crackers
  • 5 tbsp melted butter
  • For the Filling:
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • For the Topping:
  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • ½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Combine crushed cookies and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and chill for 20 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate and ¼ cup cream in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Whip remaining cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cooled chocolate mixture.
  • Spread filling into the chilled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • For topping, heat sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, butter, and vanilla until thickened.
  • Stir in coconut and pecans. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  • Spread topping over the chocolate layer and chill for 1 more hour.
