- For the Crust:
- 1 ½ cups crushed Oreo or graham crackers
- 5 tbsp melted butter
- For the Filling:
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For the Topping:
- ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup shredded sweetened coconut
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Combine crushed cookies and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and chill for 20 minutes.
Melt chocolate and ¼ cup cream in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
Whip remaining cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cooled chocolate mixture.
Spread filling into the chilled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
For topping, heat sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, butter, and vanilla until thickened.
