Ingredients
  

Pecan Mixture:

  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup caramel topping
  • ½ cup salted caramel topping
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cups pecans

Cake Topping:

  • 1 box butter pecan cake mix or white cake mix
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted

Finishing Touch:

  • ½ cup crushed or halved pecans
  • Extra salted caramel topping for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF and spray a 13×9-inch baking dish with baking spray.
  • In a bowl, beat eggs and mix in brown sugar, caramel toppings, and melted butter.
  • Fold in pecans and pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
  • In another bowl, mix the cake mix with melted butter until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the pecan filling.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown on top.
  • Let cool for 15–20 minutes before garnishing with more pecans and caramel drizzle.
  • Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Notes

For extra richness, use butter pecan cake mix. Want a twist? Add mini chocolate chips to the pecan layer. This pecan pie dump cake is great for holidays!
