Ingredients
  

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 (8 oz) block goat cheese, room temperature
  • ¾ cup pre-cooked chopped bacon about 3–3.5 oz – optional
  • 1 cup pepper jelly apricot habanero recommended
  • Crackers, pita chips, or crostini for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
  • Let cream cheese and goat cheese soften at room temperature.
  • In a bowl, mix the cheeses and bacon bits (if using) using a hand mixer until smooth.
  • Spread the cheese mixture into a small oven-safe dish (6x6 pan or pie plate).
  • Bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and immediately spread the pepper jelly evenly over the top.
  • Serve hot with crackers, pita chips, or toasted baguette slices.
  • Enjoy this pepper jelly cheese dip while warm for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

Tip: For best flavor, use a quality pepper jelly with a little kick.
