Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound bread dough thawed
  • 4 ounces pepperoni slices
  • 1 3/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Topping

  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Optional

  • 1 jar pizza sauce warmed, for dipping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉ and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan. Roll thawed bread dough into a rectangle, approximately 14x10 inches.
  • Cut into 9 strips; layer with pepperoni, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, parmesan, and garlic powder. Roll tightly and arrange in the pan, sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
  • Let rolls rise for 30 minutes if desired.

Bake and Serve

  • Bake for 24-28 minutes. Combine butter, 2 tsp parmesan, parsley, and garlic powder; brush over baked rolls. Serve with pizza sauce.
