  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

Flavor Boosters:

  • 4 oz jarred pimentos, drained and diced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives

Instructions
 

  • Grate cheddar cheese fresh for the best texture. Drain pimentos well.
  • Soften cream cheese at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, and mustard until smooth.
  • Fold in cheddar cheese and pimentos, ensuring even distribution.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Taste your pimento cheese and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Chill for 30 minutes (optional) or serve immediately with crackers.
