Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs or crushed Oreos
  • cup melted unsalted butter

Filling

  • 3 8 oz packs cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips melted and cooled
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
  • Pink food coloring gel or liquid

Toppings

  • Whipped cream
  • Chopped Snickers bars optional
  • Pink M&Ms optional

Instructions
 

  • Crush graham crackers or Oreos into crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate chips over medium heat, stirring constantly. Let cool slightly.
  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually mix in melted chocolate.
  • Fold in chopped Snickers bars. In a separate bowl, tint a portion of the filling with pink food coloring and blend it into the rest.
  • Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold it into the filling.
  • Pour filling over the crust. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  • Top with whipped cream, chopped Snickers, and pink M&Ms before serving.

Notes

For clean slices, use a hot knife and wipe between cuts. Try using peanut butter cups instead of Snickers for a new twist on Pink M&M Snickers Cheesecake.
