- Garlic Butter Spread:
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried Italian seasoning
- For Assembly:
- 8 slices white bread
- 12 slices mozzarella cheese
- 6 oz pepperoni slices
- ½ cup warm pizza sauce for dipping
- ½ cup sliced black olives optional
- ½ cup diced bell peppers optional
Mix butter, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.

Place a bread slice butter-side down in a skillet over medium-low.

Top with another bread slice, butter-side up.

Flip, cover, and cook 3–5 minutes more until cheese melts.
