- 1 ball pizza dough
- 0.5 cup all-purpose flour for dusting
- 0.75 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with oil.
Roll pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 12 circles.
Press each circle into the muffin cups, shaping a base.
Spoon about 1 tbsp pizza sauce into each cup.
Add mozzarella cheese and 2 slices of pepperoni on top.
Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Cool slightly before serving with extra dipping sauce.
For the best pizza muffins, use freshly shredded cheese—it melts creamier than pre-shredded. Try swapping pepperoni for chopped veggies to make a fun vegetarian version.
