  • 1 ball pizza dough
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour for dusting
  • 0.75 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with oil.
  • Roll pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 12 circles.
  • Press each circle into the muffin cups, shaping a base.
  • Spoon about 1 tbsp pizza sauce into each cup.
  • Add mozzarella cheese and 2 slices of pepperoni on top.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Cool slightly before serving with extra dipping sauce.

Notes

For the best pizza muffins, use freshly shredded cheese—it melts creamier than pre-shredded. Try swapping pepperoni for chopped veggies to make a fun vegetarian version.
