- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
For the Lemonade:
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice about 4–6 lemons
- 4 cups cold water
- ½ cup peach syrup or more to taste

In a saucepan, combine sliced peaches, sugar, and water. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Blend the peach mixture until smooth.
Strain the peach puree through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
Chill the syrup in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
In a pitcher, combine lemon juice, cold water, and peach syrup. Stir well.
Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more syrup if desired.
Serve over ice and garnish with mint or lemon slices.
For a bubbly version, top with sparkling water just before serving.
For the best flavor, use fully ripe, juicy peaches. To switch things up, try adding a splash of ginger syrup for a spicy twist on this refreshing peach lemonade.
