  • 1 lb potatoes cut into even pieces
  • 1 lb carrots sliced

Seasoning

  • 1/4 cup olive oil for coating
  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Vegetables

  • Chop the potatoes and carrots into even sizes, then toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Roasting
