  • 2 cups fresh tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup red onion chopped
  • 1 cup prepared pesto
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno pepper minced
  • 1 Tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 Tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 clove fresh garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

  • In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients until well combined.
    2 cups fresh tomatoes, 1 cup red onion, 1 cup prepared pesto, 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, 1/4 cup jalapeno pepper, 1 Tablespoon lime zest, 1 Tablespoon lime juice, 1 clove fresh garlic, to taste Salt and pepper
  • Serve immediately, or chilled with chips, crackers, or veggies for dipping.
