  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for sautéing
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Preparation

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.

  • Add trimmed asparagus and sauté for 5-7 minutes until vibrant green and just tender.

  • Add minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.

Notes

Store sautéed asparagus in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge. Reheat in a skillet over medium-low heat.
